This checklist will assist with the smooth management of the games.
We expect our teams to assist in the weekly operation of the grounds, in the setting up of fields, and the packing away of fields.
We also expect our teams to have the mandatory Team Official, in the yellow vest, present at every game they play, to assist and observe ground officials.
Teams should arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled kick-off so that the players have time to warm up, the managers have time to complete paperwork and pay the officials.
Games that start late, due to administrative issues, will be cut short, so that the following games start on time.
At the end of the game, all players/coaches/managers should shake hands with their opponents, and thank them for the game.
Coaches/Managers should shake hands with the officials and thank them for there efforts.
Managers then need to collect the cards from the officials.
Players should move away from the technical zone quickly, so that the following game can commence on time.
